What Forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, as well as payments via Paypal. Paypal does not require membership. You may also choose to send, a Money Order or Cashier’s Check.

How can I pay through Paypal?

When checking out you will automatically be redirected to Paypal to make a secure payment to our company. After completing the payment click to be redirected to our website.

How do I pay by money order or cashiers check? 

If you choose to pay by money order/cashiers check, you will receive an email from us with instructions within 24 hrs.  Your item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of the money order/cashier’s check.  Your item(s) will be held for 7 days from the date of the emailed instruction. If your money order/cashier’s check is not received within 7 days, the jewelry will be made available to other buyers, and we will no longer accept money orders/checks from you for future payments.

When will my item ship?

Your item will ship via USPS within 24 hours from receipt of payment (weekends excluded). You will receive an email with the details. Express Mail is available for an additional charge.  

How long will it take to receive my items?

We ship all orders in the United States via USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours from receipt of cleared payment (weekends excluded).  USPS Priority Mail typically takes about 1-3 days, excluding the day it was shipped.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.  USPS Express Mail takes 1-2 business days depending on your zip code.  Please email us your zip code for a quote.  Special orders or items on back order may take about 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Do you ship to other countries?

Due to high problems with fraud in International transactions, Bagz & Bling does not ship to other countries.

Fraud: We do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. We also use the latest technology available associated with online shopping, to prevent fraud.  In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax will be added to Colorado purchasers only (7.62%).   This is required by State law, we have no control over the collection of this tax and receive no benefit from the collection of these taxes.  They are merely passed on to the State.

How often do you get new inventory?

We receive new inventory frequently at Bagz & Bling. Be sure to check back often to see our new additions.

Shipped Items Undelivered, Refused, Incorrect Address, or Recipient Unavailable

If the purchaser and/or the recipient of a shipped item refuses the item upon delivery or the item is shipped back undelivered due to the fault of the purchaser giving incorrect or incomplete shipping information or because the recipient was not available at the time of delivery, the purchaser is responsible for all costs of shipping and handling. 

If the purchaser wishes to have the item re-shipped then the purchaser shall be responsible for all new shipping and handling fees to re-ship the item(s).

All sales from Bagz & Bling are final with no returns, unless you received the wrong item(s), or received an item(s) that is damaged or defective.  Returns of this nature will be accepted as long as the items have not been worn or used.  The items must be in the condition in which they were received, with all tags attached.  You must contact us within 7 days from the date of invoice to obtain a pre-authorization on merchandise that you wish to return.  Once we receive your item(s), and confirm the cause for the return, we will promptly send you a replacement of returned item, or in exchange for an item of equal value, or issue you a store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, we will cover the cost of return shipping for exchanged item(s).

If you receive the wrong item or one that is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at customerservice@bagzandbling.com and enter DEFECTIVE ITEM or WRONG ITEM in the subject line.  You must contact us within 7 days from the date of invoice to obtain a pre-authorization on merchandise that you wish to return.  We will provide you with instructions on returning those item(s) as soon as possible. Please send your package, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

If you purchase an item that is not available you will be notified. We can either readjust your invoice and send the money back to your Paypal account or credit/debit card, or cancel the entire purchase, at your convenience.

One promotion code or discount per customer.  Cannot be combined with other offers; limit one promo code or discount per order.  Not valid on previous purchases, shipping fees, or gift card purchases.  Not redeemable for cash.  Promo code may only be used once.  Discount applied at time of purchase will be taken off each item returned.  Discounts may not be reapplied to items being exchanged.
